Our 4 Bedroom Grosvenor Street house was built in the early 1900's and has undergone a beautiful renovation by its current owners. If you are looking for self contained accommodation in Hobart, Tasmania, then Grosvenor Court Apartments is the choice for you. Located in Sandy Bay, a short 15 - 20 minute walk from Hobart's CBD and Salamanca Market.

The University of Tasmania campus and the Wrest Point Convention Centre are also a 10-15 minute walk away. Our spacious Studio Apartments are located over 3 levels with 1 x queen bed. An additional single bed can be added at a cost of $20.00 per night to accommodate a third person. Our 2 bedroom apartments are located over 3 levels. Our apartments are very spacious, the main bedroom consists of 1 x Queen Bed and the second bedroom consists of 4 x Single beds.

Disappointed with this establishment. Unfortunately due to Tasmanian border restrictions, we are unable to get to our accommodation on the day that it was booked for. We are still waiting for our covid result and cannot travel the day we intended, although we tested as soon as we could inside the 72 hours. We booked for a week and were charged 2600… dollars. When we told the establishment we couldn’t make it on the first day we booked for, we were told that we would be considered a no show and that would then enable them to re book our accommodation even though we have paid for the

I booked in this apartment in June, but due to the lockdown in NSW, we were unable to travel to Hobart last July. And so I asked if I can rebook or refund our payment for the accommodation but unfortunately, the owners are not understanding and they do not have any form of compassion towards their clients. All the other accommodations in Tasmania are kind enough to allow us to rebook, but Grosvenor Court Apartments doesn't have the heart to put themselves in their clients' shoes. My family and I are extremely disappointed and realise how greedy these owners can be. We were unable to stay in this

Unfortunately due to the Melbourne lockdown we have had to cancel our stay here one week in advance. We were refused a credit or a refund. Very disappointed at the lack of understanding and compassion. Thankfully, all of our other bookings and accomodation have been flexible in light of the current situation in Melbourne.

Nice and quite apartments. Well serviced .friendly staff at reception. Central position within 400 meters to all restaurants, supermarket ,takeaways of all nations, bakery ,chemist newsagents .great shopping strip for fashion, post office ,anything you want its there with a 10 minute walk .

Lovely clean establishment. Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff and cleaners. Free parking and wifi. Our room and bathroom very spacious. Thoroughly recommend for short or long stay - we had a very enjoyable 3 weeks.

Out of all the places I have stayed in Hobart this is one of the best. Everything you need, very clean. One of the most comfortable beds in Hobart. Comfy lounge chairs or sofa to sit in. Quiet area but short walk to shops/restaurants. Very spacious room compared to the others. Good value.

We got an upgrade to the 3 bedroom cottage was just perfect. Very spacious with plenty of room. Lovely outside courtyard as well. Located within walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend .
