Our Apartments are set in historically significant gardens featuring stately over 100 year old Elm and Oak trees. We are situated in quiet, leafy New Town only 2km from the city centre and 1km from the vibrant North Hobart restaurant and entertainment scene. A short 5 minute walk takes you to the New Town supermarkets, cafes, bakeries and Plaza where you can stock up on supplies or just have a great coffee.

We had 5 days at the Graham apartments it was fully self contaned right down to the sandwich maker. Jill in the office and the cleaning staff were all wonderful very friendly gave us loads of ideas for things to see and do. Always ask the locals. I highly recommend the Graham apartments .

Comfortable, clean, well maintained self contained accommodation in pleasant garden setting.10 minutes from Hobart CBD and a few minutes drive to local shops. Helpful receptionist. A nice place to stay when visiting Hobart. Recommended.

Clean, comfortable, main bedroom a little on small size for someone with a walker. Staff very friendly and accommodating. 3 min drive to Renal unit, walking distance to KMart, Coles, cafes.

The staff are very kind and allowed us to use their washing facilities whilst we stayed next door. They even dropped it to our room which we were incredibly grateful for.
A easy walk to many interesting and fun place and we would definitely consider staying here next time.
Put this one on your list. 😊👍🏡✅

Our group of 6 got room 31, amazing set up with beautiful surroundings. Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our 4 day stay.
Plenty of room for us all to stretch out and then living area was well suited for family

Late check-in was breeze and a lovely treat was even left in my room for me. The gardens were stunning when I was there, so it was a lovely place to unwind after a day of work. Close to some lovely restaurants too. The kitchen was well appointed and the bedroom was lovely. The bathroom was an accessible bathroom, so while not pretty, was very functional.
