Really an unpleasant surprise.
We chose to rent a house with this agency, but immediately after entering we realized some obvious and important problems that the house had.
The boiler, very old, was not working properly, often if we turned on two stoves to cook, we couldn't take a shower and it was taking ages to get warm water even if we weren't cooking at all.
We requested a check from the agency that immediately sent his plumber. The plumber found that the boiler was to be changed and put outside of the unit for safety purpose. But after he spoke to the agency, the agent told us that the
