Fantastic agents, have been renting with Hart Estate Agents almost 2yrs. Chris is a fantastic property manager and always response to queries immediately. Very friendly and approachable. Fair Quick Responsive Helpful Clear Calm Supportive Understanding :)
I was a tenant in a 'budget' apartment. Despite paying relatively little rent, I was amazed at the good tenant service provided from all of the Hart Estate agents and the building owner. I stayed 5 years and estate agents changed several times, but the service never lapsed!. They fairly negotiated a temporary rent reduction when I was out of work during some months in covid lockdown. The staff politely reminded me to get up to date with rent when I missed a few payments accidentally.

Chris Papp has been managing my property for almost 10 years and during that time he has always been diligent and professional. He keeps me up to date with what needs to be done and offers great advice. He returns calls and answers emails immediately. Basically he takes the stress out of owing a rental property . Also the tenants and other owners in the building have praised his professionalism.
