Interplast is an organisation that was formed in the USA in 1969, and launched in Australia in 1983. Mr Mutimer has been involved with the organisation for over 20 years and is the Immediate Past President of Interplast Australia & NZ.

Apparently they don't take new patients for Dr Mutimer even though the website is all about him! The only consulting days for the other surgeons fall on days I work. I feel like if your going to shell out 22k for surgery then they kind of need to workaround you a bit. Poor service when you advertise but can't deliver an appointment.

I was referred to Dr Mutimer in 2013 to remove a lump that had slowly been growing right in the middle of my forehead. Given the position of the lump I had concerns about scarring and asked around to find out who was the best Melbourne plastic surgeon to see. Dr Mutimer's name kept coming up. Was really happy with the outcome - once the incision healed there was no visible scar. I found Dr Mutimer very approachable and he made me feel comfortable with what my procedure involved and expected outcomes. The staff at Brighton Plastic Surgery were great as well.
