Passionata Dance was established in 2011 by head instructor Derek. We aim to share the joys and benefits that dancing has to offer. Our goal is to connect people to the extended dance community in Sydney and touch people's lives with dance in meaningful and supportive ways. Our approach is based on a collaborative paradigm between students and instructors.

Learn to dance salsa with our qualified instructors. Our instructors have extensive experience in the salsa world teaching a mix of styles to help our students express themselves confidently and to burn the floor. Your salsa life awaits. Students will develop competency in Salsa dance moves from Beginner to Intermediate.
Salsa is a Latin American dance originating from Cuba and the surrounding region. There are many styles of salsa ranging from the LA Style, Cuban, Rueda Casino style and the more traditional Cumbia Styles unique to each South American country. Salsa dance is typically danced between a man and a woman.
At Passionata Dance we dedicate ourselves 100% to our clients in giving the best service possible at the most reasonable rates. We specialise in bridal choreography that makes you look natural and feel confident on your wedding day. Learn to Dance on your wedding day. You will receive a customised choreography according to your ability levels and the song you choose for your first dance.
Sometimes it's hard to get the desired attention in large group lessons. Our private dance lessons help identify your needs individually. We do private lessons in the comfort of your own home. We also do Hens party lessons and performance training. Our instructors are dedicated and can help you on an individual basis or as a group.
