I've honestly had one of the best retail experiences in my life buying a bike from Storm, and that's saying something, because I'm 50. Unless you are under a rock, you know that supply chains are terrible now and this puts pressure on a bike shop. From the get go, Lauri let me know exactly what the situation was with expected delivery of my bike and kept me informed throughout. Riley and Lauri did an amazing job helping me select a bike for my needs. Lastly, they asked me to do 4-5 rides on my bike after an initial fitting and then to come back for a proper fitting session. I did that today and

Took a bike in for new brake pads. Asked them specifically to call me if they needed to do anything else because the bike wasn’t worth much and I was just doing a friend a favor. Ended up doing a few extra things which brought it up to $70 more than quoted. AND they broke the speedometer somehow in the process. It was hanging off the handle when they gave it to me, so I went somewhere else to have them fix it. Terrible experience. I won’t let these guys touch my nicer bikes.

I had a minor problem with a bolt for my seat. I went in hoping against hope that they could squeeze me in sometime today. The nearest technician immediately stopped what he was doing, took 6 or 7 minutes to fix my issue and then handed my bike back. When I asked him how much, he replied, "don't worry about it, it was just a bolt." You guys just won my business forever.

My wife and I have had such a great experience working with Juan and Lauri. They took such great care of us! Our maintenance needs were met with service that went above and beyond, and they were so patient with us as we searched out and found the perfect bike for my wife :)
The entire staff at storm cycles has been great to work with. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike, or if you just need to keep your bike ride ready. They know their stuff!

Had two bike fittings today with Todd and it was an exceptional experience! Todd is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I can’t wait to feel the differences in my bikes when I get them outside! Everyone in the shop I came in contact with was great. I will recommend him and Storm Cycles to all my cycling friends.
