Extreme party hire were very efficient in their delivery process and pick up.
Due to miscommunication both Mary and I forgot to confirm the delivery address (an assumption was made from the address of my email signature) and we had to pay extra to have the slushy machine redirected.
However I was a little disappointed in the fact that we received orange instead of lemon lime bitters as requested but the slushy machine was still a massive hit at the party.
I would hire them again however I'd make sure to double check the final details to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Would not recommend. Mary was rude and not willing to help. Daughter's birthday was changed from home party to function room due to weather, when I asked to change from overnight to daily hire I was informed we would lose our $50 deposit and had to rebook. No consideration what's so ever. Gladly found another company willing to help 3 days before event. Would put no stars if google allowed me.

Having the mechanical bull at our son’s 18th was a huge success. Xtreme Party Hire was a pleasure to deal with. They were able to provide valuable advice regarding everything to do with our party.They arrived on time and provided excellent entertainment for all our guests safely and at a very reasonable price ..... thanks Xtreme ... so happy to recommend you and we will he definitely using you again !!!

I would like to say a big thankyou to the crew at Xtreme Party Hire for an excellent experience from the time I rang and booked to the very sad moment the pinball machines were taken away. Mary was very helpful with the booking over the phone and all payment details, delivery options and follow up was nothing short of excellent. Lou is an outstanding person to deal with and his high attention to detail, friendliness and punctuality was fabulous. My 50th birthday was amazing because of
these guys, the machines, Spiderman, AC/DC and Kiss were superb just ask the 80 or so people who played them!
