The customer service is zero. I was checking things in the aisle and a staff came and rudely talk to me to leave the aisle, that it's not for customer to go there. And i told him but no one told me or put a sign not to go there. He just keep talking with no manners. I want to give zero star. Poor service.

Absolutely horrible customer service, the man on the phone kept saying ‘everything’s is on the website’, even after I said that I know and I’m calling to confirm as I couldn’t understand something on the website and his response was ‘I don’t know what you don’t understand everything is on the website’, absolutely horrible service!

Appalling customer service!! Waited outside for 15 minutes in the cold whilst they had to find the lady in front of mines order!! When it was finally my turn, they spent 5 minutes inside looking for my click and collect and they didn't even have the products in stock! Don't have it on your website if you don't have it in stock!! Will not be returning 😤😤

Very bad customer service. I went to pick up an order. Waited outside due to mask policy as I respect every business, the guy who came close to the door said if you don't have a mask call the number at the front quickly tried walking back inside, I told him that he didn't have to be rude so he came back and closed the door fully. No respect whatsoever. I called the number and explained the situation different person picked up same attitude. Definitely not buying from this business again. Discrimation at its finest and very rude. Least you can do is be polite about the situation. If I could give

Staff seems to put a lot of road blocks when enquired about hire products. Seems not interested to hire anything at all.
Thanks for the reply. Please read it again and I am not complaining about your stock arrangement. When asked about a hire product the staff was not interested to proceed and was giving all the reasons why I should not hire. That’s what I meant by roadblocks and not obstacles in your store.

Really unprofessional customer service. I requested assistance from a person at the counter, was told to "wait a minute". The man attended to several other customer inquires while I was waiting. I didn't end up getting what I came for. I'd say try your luck with more reputable stores like Lombard and Spotlight

If I could give them zero I would. Horrible service and extremely rude staff. I was organising the flowers I wanted to hire with the hoop and someone saw them after I organised them and told them I will hire them. The lady asked to buy them and they completely ignored the fact that I was hiring them after I spent time arranging them and sold them to her. It’s like I didn’t even say anything! The manager is so mean and unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all.
