This day in age its not common to get a phone call from companies you deal with, its usually an email and a delayed response. I was running 15mins late to my viewing, Lily the estate agent was absolutely lovely, she had no worries waiting back at the end of her work day and made me feel comfortable.
Throughout the application process Lily was extremely good in assisting myself in regards to the queries I had, always responded to messages swiftly and actually created applying for this property the easiest and most enjoyable I have experienced.
I've travelled Australia, lived in many houses and can say with conviction that Lily from Exclusive Real Estate held the most professional

Such a useless lazy agency. I was interested in a property they had for lease and when called about it I was told to go and look at it before she was willing to show it to me. This allowed me to look at the outside. When I phoned the agent and left a message advising her I liked the location and was interested in looking at the property. I did not receive a return call. I called again a few more times and finally got hold of her a few days later only to be told she will check a suitable time and call me back. Again no return call so when I called her back she advised I could meet her on site

As a managing agent I found Exclusive RE to be reasonably good, they made repairs when requested and gave plenty of notice prior to inspections etc. However and this is a big however when it came to terminating our lease, the issues began. I went out of my way to make the property available for inspections, the house was left immaculately clean and lawns and gardens in a much better state than when we had arrived. The agent after completing the final inspection tried to suggest that 'fair wear and tear' might require money coming from my bond, I knew my rights and said "no way"
