Dr Ho Wah and Billy were just so friendly and helpful throughout my eye test and then while struggling to decide which frames I was going to choose (it’s my first pair of glasses and I was pretty stressed). Everything was explained really clearly and no question I asked seemed too silly for them. It made me feel much more relaxed about the whole process. Thanks guys!!

Truly exceeded my expectations as everything went really smooth. The optometrist was very deligent in examining everything thoroughly and explaining to me reasons why I was having soreness in my eyes. Billy, at the front desk, also was very helpful in managing my appointment and adjusting it within the doctor's schedule. She even helped us in choosing the specs and lenses by explaining the kinds of lenses available and which was better. Would definitely recommend this place.

Haven’t seen an optometrist for years. Booked myself for a general checkup. Was greeted by one of their team before being given a range of tests on very modern looking equipment. The optometrist was very comprehensive, doing many tests to give me a full diagnosis.
Afterwards he explained to me the results of each test, answered any of my questions (dude knows his stuff), and told me the results (I have some short sightedness, though but so much to always need glasses).
i must say I was very happy to find they weren’t pushing me to buy glasses, even

Worn glasses my whole life and for the first time shopping for specs I had TOO MUCH to choose from! The selection there is incredible! And the optometrist testing my eyes explained the changes in my script clearly and made sure I was comfortable and understood. And I paid much less for my new glasses that I usually do at one of the big name chains of optometrists! I can't wait to collect my new glasses!
