Ashlee from Trimson is amazing, responsive, and professional. She processed and submitted our rental application swiftly while keeping us in the loop, fielding all kinds of questions from us and passing requests from us to the landlord. The rental agreement is also clear and comprehensive. We haven’t started the lease yet but we have a great feeling that we will be in good hands living in a property managed by Ashlee.

Purposefully lost documents, never responding to emails, never fixing major privacy and health issues in the apartment, constant lying and screwing around. The cherry on top was trying to illegally evict my entire apartment block, and then refusal to give legal 60 days notice to vacate. Out of the 3 property managers I had during my time with Trimson, only one was nice and treated me well and they got rid of her pretty quickly at the start of my lease. It was traumatising having to live under the conditions they created. I could go on and on in detail on why you should NEVER go with Trimson regardless

Not responsive to our requests and inadequate service. We were never informed about the new property managers (they changed 3 or 4 agents over 1 year without even telling us) so we couldn't contact the right one when needed. At the end of our contract (we were abroad already) we received no answer about getting the bond back and noone told us to see that with the RTBA (no response from the agents, from the secretary or even the head agent Verduci).

The incompetence of the property manager Sylvia Uribe and Managing agent John Verduci is appalling. It was a way to obvious that they could nt do any simple english literature reading nor year 1 mathematic calculation. After suffered 6 months harassment from them for so called "rent arrears" despite the million of emails and requests I ve sent to them to ask them get this issue sorted. Case has been heard by VCAT in July and deemed 100% of the negligent of the Trimson Real Estate. AND IRONICALLY, NO ONE SHOWED UP ON THE HEARING DAY.

Tania Pitt is the best property manager I have dealt with, she is prompt with replying, excellent in negotiating and fixing issues and is just a pleasure to have her as our property manager. Very bad agency, I've never had any problems in my life with all agents ... those people they don't really care about tenants ... it's been 2 months that I should get my money back for overpaid rent and still nothing ... after calling many times and ... e-mailing many times ... the only choice is to go and report them to the authorities! when you rent if you are late ... one day with the rent they sent you a warning to evacuate the house..when they have to pay back some money they don't care!

Sylvia who is now my Property Manager has been amazingly responsive, helpful and updating since day one. She has a great knowledge of the Real Estate industry and she is very experienced professional that truly understands the Landlord and the Tenants needs.
She updated me all along while the process of switching over was taking place which made me at ease.
