Be very careful when dealing with this agent. Ensure you read the contract of sale carefully or seek legal advice. I purchased an off the plan development townhouse that was supposed to have a brick finish. The developer substituted the brick finish for foam cladding. Seems the developers this agent chooses to work with are dodgy. Ask who the builders are, avoid if it’s ZMPLEX. When I complained I was effectively told “too bad” and was advised I still had to purchase based on contract clauses. After enlisting the services of a lawyer I ended up getting my deposit back. Nicolas Scott was so professional to deal with. I dealt with Zac and I couldn’t recommend them any higher. Zac was very responsive to my phone calls and texts. Zac was honest and upfront and transparent throughout the whole process of me purchasing my house. Zac made a process that is normally so stressful very very easy.

I had an amazing experience buying a property through Nicholas Scott. Erden was the real-estate agent I dealt with and he was incredible helpful with the whole process. After I missed out on one of the properties I wanted he kept me update to date with other properties in my area and price range. He is out to help the buyer as well as the vendor.

I had recently got approved for a loan and already applied for a home that fell through last minute. I met Zac Najdovski when applying for applying for my unit I am currently in now and the process of each application was incomparable. Zac was upfront and honest, easy to talk to and eager to help you through the process. I can only presume that he was the same with the vendors as (unlike my previous attempt the negotiations went for days) the negotiations were finished and signed in an hour.
