You know I often go by these ratings, but sometimes one has to look behind them.
First and foremost, Yuri did an amazing job. AND he came on the Saturday just before Xmas. My Brivis / Carrier reverse cycle air conditioner just stopped working, the night before record breaking heat. No one else would even think of coming before the new year, 10 days away.
Yuri may not be blessed with a rarely seen these days Buckingham Palace set of cute nice chit chat, but when it comes to rapidly and effectively diagnosing the problem, and then fixing it, I have not found anyone better. In fact I've recently
