We decided to go with Orange to replace our furnace based on Google reviews and were not disappointed. From the initial walk through, to the fair offer, to the finished installation they were professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. They explained every step (and in non HVAC company verbiage). We will be using them for all our HVAC needs in the future.

Update: We have now used Orange Home Services for both maintenance and new HVAC system installation. We sincerely appreciate their great knowledge, customer service, and professionalism. They are very particular about getting things right. Their quote was comprehensive with no need for add-on charges. We also appreciated the communication on arrival times and answering questions.

I chose the right contractor to replace my furnace. From my first call to get someone over to get the process started, I was surprised at how reliable everyone was. Excellent communication via email reminders, returned calls and appointment reminders. The furnace was professionally installed. I'm a little "particular" I've been told, and I was very pleased with the workmanship of the installation. The guys were great and happily answered any questions I had.

First time using this company. Whole experience was great, from setting up appointment to service technician arriving at my home. Mike was very professional and even put on orange booties so as not to leave tracks in the house. Will definitely call this fall for furnace check up.

Called for furnace check up as l promised. Service did not disappoint. Setting up appointment was easy. Mike was my technician once again and he was polite and courteous. Showed me a possible issue with furnace and gave me a quote on resolving it. Orange is definitely my new HVAC contractor!
