I bought a 3 year old Hyundai Santa Fe that I saw online. The sale process was okay. The finance lady was a little rude and not very helpful. I was hit with a few unexpected loan establishment fees. But my biggest issue was the car had issues that should have been fixed before being sold. One of the doors doesn’t seal completely. I only found out during highway driving. The tyres were bold. It cost me over a $1000 for a new set. The car needed a major wheel alignment. Another $100. The car is a 7 seater but the paperwork shows otherwise. This caused issues with my rego renewal. The car was dirty

Brought the car at minto Ozzy car sales, was not happy with the purchase took delivery at night only seen the car in pictures , wasn't the car for us I'm a disability pensioner . We would love to be able to swap the car for maybe the 2002 Ba red wagon nothing to do with the sales staff , they were great please.

Big scam, I purchased a ute from here for 30k only to work for 3 weeks before it shuts off, contacted them to just help me look into it to get it fixed they refused. Once you pay your money they don't care about you.
I have experienced something similar with other dealers however they did everything to get it fixed and help me.

The worst place to get a car. The penrith store, my son purchased a car (cash) for $18,000 only to wait over 2 weeks to pick it up, then when he finally picked it up they had taken parts from the Ute (spot lights front and back) then had issues with the light wires and had to fix, then only a couple of weeks later the Ute was actually defected by highway patrol so that cost a fair bit of money to get back on the road and now we have found the Ute has alot of mechanical issues that is going to cost a bit of money to fix. I wouldn't ever purchase anything from them and all they do is lie and come

If you are looking for a vehicle do not hesitate to check out this company it was a pleasure to deal with them and they will go above and beyond to get you over the line, from the first phone call with John and then to have Mick the owner make sure that I was happy with sale and a great price on trade. They are genuine guys and the Kerry in the office was also very helpful making sure my insurances and finance was made easy.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Penrith Ozzy team. I hate car shopping; I hate car salesmen who pressure and manipulate. These was the only place who did NOT do this! They were solely service orientated. They do not take commissions. The prices are competitive. They simply look after their customers and sell you a car if you want one. See John Pritchard or Mick Haddad. I will buy from them again and have already told my sister. Very impressed! You give car sales a good name. Keep it up!
