Workmanship is very low sent machine in for work comes back with more problems then before they touched it, new radiator and water pump installed and water in radiator is brown,did services and oil level is low now not responding..would give them a miss

My van’s side door wasn’t closing because two of the screws came out. Went to these guys and tallest mechanic (forgot his name) saw it.. Paid $20 (cash - rip offs) for just tightening up two screws. When I asked for receipt, he made millions excuses not to give it(don’t know why). Finally agreeing, said it will be emailed to me with the next 24 hours and took my vehicles details. Day after, I didn’t get it. I called, no one answered. I had to go from the city to Thomastown and found out that MY VAN’S PAPERWORK HAD BEEN THROWN IN THE BIN!! The mechanic just laughed like it was hilarious

I got quoted $440 labour plus parts for a service on an excavator I have done services on said excavator many times less than $ 300 for parts. He charged me $ 1760. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. THIEVES
