Kyabram is centrally located between Shepparton (38 km away) and Echuca/Moama (39 km away), and 230 km north of Melbourne (2 - 3 hours drive). Kyabram is a progressive town with a very strong business district which has a lot to offer. 9 of the 13 Motel Units have Double Glazed Sliding doors with Security Doors for Sound Proofing & Temperature Control.
A short drive away is the Kyabram Fauna Park, which is 55ha. of open range parklands and wetlands that contains 400 free roaming animal species and is country Victoria's premier wildlife park. Kyabram also has Victoria's first par 3, 18 hole golf course. A Rodeo is held on Labour Day weekend in March and the Agricultural show is held on the 3rd Saturday in October.

Old & dated.
Smelled so strongly of soap we had to keep the door open for a couple of hours but it was a 40° day so not impressed with that.
Floor was wet when we arrived so our shoes made it dirty.
Freezer was a solid ice block.
Another patron yelled at us for parking next to them. They were parked in front of our room.
Receptionist was disinterested and distracted at check in.
Only booked the place because we left it too late to book for NYE and we wanted to be as close to Elmore as possible. Its not that close.
Would have gone somewhere else if it was available.

My Mother Passed Away Near Christmas, l had to Cancel my Accommodation with Kyabram Motor Inn,they Took 132$ off me.Disgusting Really,it was For a Good Reason l Canclled. Not sure what you Gain from doing this ,Because l will never stay with you again,l m a Victorian ,without Tourists you won t Survive.!!!!!Specially These Days.

Shower is growing a nice shade of black mould.
The share pump bottles of handwash, shampoo and conditioner, sit there nearly empty.
Spare rolls of toilet paper sit on the bathroom ledge behind a curtain which has dead bugs as company.
Rooms don't cleaned for more than one night stay, so that means no fresh towels.
The room info is out of date, use phone for reception, mini bar etc. There are none of these things. Jeepers not even a box of tissues in sight.
I tried to have a conversation with owner but office is always locked during the day. Check in is not 1pm as stated on wotif, arrived at

I called and spoke to a woman who had a heavy Indian accent, It was terrible, The poor woman I couldn't understand what she was saying, before i knew it a male person came on the phone and said "What do you want". I'm like, I was calling about a room, he said, what date. no manners at all, just rude. With that I hung up on him. I'd stay away from this place.

Stayed here taking two rooms whilst checking out the silo art in the surrounding area.
The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and a great variety of coffee, tea and more. Toaster, kettle, mugs all provided. Great value and Kyabram a neat town where the locals take pride in their houses yards and town.
