Outrageous pricing taking advantage of the non mechanically minded or read up customer whom wouldn’t know a big or small job anymore than an infant would know how to walk.
A Mercedes specialist is a workshop that will have done similar if not the same jobs once if not multiple times and should be able to execute said work more efficiently than competitors knowing the structure and framework better.
...here I feel this is not the case however.

Extremely dodge. They make errors disappear only for it to cause further damage. They don't quite know what they are talking about all the time and am work hand in hand with nearby dealers. 7000 dollars in repairs because of their one single mistake and counting. All they had to do was change one battery and chose not to. Advised of up and coming repairs, that when checked with 3 other mechanics, turned out those parts were good for another couple of years. Quite a friendly bunch but please be careful, it is just not worth it. I don't think they are malicious just that they lack knowledge and skill
