Took my car to Malvern Auto Services as it is a Bosch Service Centre and they have high service standards. They are also located close to a train station so I could drop off and go to work in the city and pick up after work on my way home. Darren was very helpful and i even had a call during the day to give me an update on my car with some advisory things that need looking at on my car.
There was no hard sell and it was up to me. I then received a text message to say my car was finished and ready for collection. Great service and lovely people to deal with. The team at Malvern Auto Service fixed a significant fuel injector problem efficiently, kept the cost as low as possible and kept me informed with progress.

Having used several mechanics in the area I can say the service at Malvern Auto was the best by a country mile. I've now been using them for over a year and each time they have consistently over delivered. They have worked on both small and both issues and are very fair priced. Highly recommend them. I'm not the type of person to leave reviews for businesses good or bad, but I had such a bad experience at Malvern Auto Services that I feel obligated to let everyone know.
It was during the COVID lockdown and having a 7 month old at home, I wanted to choose somewhere local to have my car serviced.
I dropped my car off at 7.30am and was promised prior to have a lift back home. However when I arrived, I got told by Bill (the floor manager), that I had to wait until 9am as he did not expect for me to drop the car off so early, even when I had advised them of this earlier. As it was only him in

I could not recommend Malvern Auto Services enough! They are a lovely, honest and genuine team that always speak to me in a language I can understand and always take extra time to go above and beyond. I have been bringing my 2 cars here for years now and have always been extremely pleased with the service, I recommend them to all my friends and family!
