Michael studied, trained and practised as a solicitor in Brisbane, before heading back to North Queensland where he was born and bred. He has now been practising for in excess of twenty years. With that experience, and having worked for three years at Clifford Chance, a large international law firm, in London, Michael has the legal skills and knowledge to place him amongst the top lawyers in the region in his field.
Our Agribusiness Team was founded by Noel Brosnan who is a very well-known and respected figure in rural legal circles and is now continued by Michael and Sandra. Based in Townsville, we help clients throughout North Queensland including Mt Isa and the Burdekin. Michael and Sandra grew up in small rural towns.
Although the description 'commercial and property' is a very broad one, covering an extensive range of transactions and areas of the law, the combined wealth of experience of CBC's Commercial and Property Team ensures that they have seen your problem before, and are able to comfortably solve it.

Well this is an easy review. For all investors out there, you know how hard it is to find professionals that actually know how to get things done.
