Resolving your property matters during separation can cause a lot of confusion, but did you know you don't always have to go to court for this?
After separation, the best outcome is an agreement reached by both parties jointly. This agreement can be formed over a coffee at a local Cafe, at the kitchen table, or by way of written correspondence between the two parties. The two of you have worked hard to accumulate your assets and the two of you know your children better than anyone else.
We offer initial consultations at a reduced fixed price, ranging from $220 to $360, based upon experience. Upon receiving an enquiry from you, our office will contact you by telephone to arrange a time for your appointment. There are some details about you, your former partner, and your relationship that we will require before your initial consultation.

Courtney looked after my family court case for 7 months. She was continuously supportive, understanding, prompt with replies, and was never frustrated with my million repetitive questions. She was always over prepared for hearings, and would constantly remind me what would happen to calm my nerves. The admin staff were always lovely to deal with and nothing was too much trouble.
