Honest amazing work, amazing customer service, amazing customer focus. Just an absolute pleasure and a really nice person. I am now left with a very beautiful (with the highest quality workmanship) bathroom after the remodel and advice from Mehdi for me and my husband at a very reasonable budget compared to other quotes. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mehdi to anyone. They will not be dissapointed.

We didn’t have a great experience with Medi, we found he didn’t listen carefully when he first quoted the job and that followed throughout. He was busy and seemed to rush the job. The mosaic wall he and his team did looks substandard and we will have to have parts redone.
Great at getting back to you and fitting you in, happy to come back, very polite and considerate with time, cleaning up etc but not happy with the overall job. The basic tiling parts (300
X 600mm tiling) looks good, just our mosaic wall at the bottom- horrible!
He also doesn’t include the chaulking price in his quote

Medi with his team took on the difficult job of carefully demolishing and re-tiling our townhouse’s two bathrooms, which had been botched by the original tiler. Medi is a good communicator, and very easy to deal with. His team were extremely neat and tidy, and they did a meticulous and thorough job. They take obvious pride in their work, and it shows. We’d definitely use Fantastic tillers again, and recommend them to anyone with similar issues

Medi was fantastic - his work is excellent, he worked with care and caution, and was punctual and polite. By the end of the job I was calling him 'The Magician' because I had not purchased enough tiles for the upstairs job and he was able to come up with a terrific solution without needing me to buy more tiles. I highly recommend him and will be getting him back to our laundry
