As a resident or future resident of one our properties, it is important for you to understand every step of the process. Our aim is to provide you with an easy and enjoyable tenancy. As experienced residents ourselves, not only do we understand your needs, but we also believe in complete transparency.
What happens once my application is approved and how do I pay my bond and first month's rent?. We will organise a "sign up" appointment, where all approved applicants need to be available to sign the lease agreement. The first month's rent must be paid within 48 hours to secure the property, or we may offer the lease to the next suitable applicant.
All non-urgent repairs are to be communicated to us in writing. Only emergency repairs will be accepted by telephone during office hours. All repairs are attended to as promptly as possible, however it is often necessary to obtain the Landlord's approval and/or quotes before any work can commence, so unfortunately a delay is sometimes unavoidable.
We advertise on all major internet portals including our own and via all of our social media channels. Property management fees are generally charged as a percentage of the weekly rental income. We keep our fees within the market scale, with variations within this range being attributed to location of the property, the rent that is being achieved and how many properties you place with us.

The Best Property Manager. Hands down. What seperates Wendy from the rest? The fact that she cares. She cares for her clients both landlords AND tenants.
