Services
Owners Corporation (formerly known as Body Corporate) is the legal entity that combines all the lot owners in a Strata Scheme which share common property. Usually any plans which have three or more dwellings will form an OC. All owners are automatically members of the OC but tenants are not. Provide advice in regard to the requirements of the Owners Corporations Act 2006, 2007 Regulations and the Subdivision Act 1988.

We live in a high rise apartment building in the Melbourne CBD and are so impressed with the work done by Aligned. The Owners Corporation wrote a maintenance plan with the help of the management team and we revamped our common outdoor lounge area. From what was a sad looking outdoor setting to a beautifully renovated floor and brand new furniture. We could not be happier hosting family and friends in the area, all thanks to the hard work and even great eye for details from Aligned. Thank you!

APG currently manage our property. We wanted to update the landscaping of our communal garden. One of the Aligned staff came along to assess the space and then organised for a landscaper to come on the same day and design a beautiful space at a reasonable price. We are very pleased with the results. Photo attached!

Had to go to court just to try and get the bond back. Alex never answers calls or texts or emails or anything, but the SECOND we were late on rent, he emailed us straight away. Even when I emailed that email, still didn’t get a response. Worst people to work with. Can’t get into contact at all. Useless people

It took more than 2 month to get the bond back. Marta never answered phone after I vacated. I had to call her more than 10 times a day .
She complaint about cleaning and I arranged a cleaner again. Cleaner called her and made an appointment to get the key. But she didn't come on time ,so cleaner had to wait for her for 2 hours to get in.
She is the most unprofessional and unkind person I have ever met. She is nice and smiling only until people sign the lease contract. After then ...Worst..
