Owned and operated by long time local Redlands Coast residents Jason & Katie Kriedemann and Kelly & Rodney Winkleman, Elysium Restaurant & Bar was purchased and quickly renovated with the vision of providing the Redlands with a much needed premium quality fitout, environment and food and beverage offering.

We celebrated my birthday at Elysium on 8th January 2022. And I’d just like to congratulate the wait staff who were all very friendly and efficient, everyone (20) of us enjoyed the yummy food thanks to the… chef. The service throughout was excellent. Congrats to management who trained their staff so well. We had a fantastic night and will be back 👏🥳👏

Wonderful reception and great service gets the stars. The food esp. seafood was just OK.
Had to return one item (prawns from specials) due to its enormously high salt content. The mussels were actually pre-boiled and the sauce added later which made them rubbery with lack of taste. The scallops were seared well and had their topping which is like salsa but with little or no punch as it left with a raw tomato aftertaste. The fish was ok and not so tasty.
The drinks menu was exhaustive and good.
It's a good place for a hangout with family and friends with the regular food fare, but I wouldn't

Amazing customer service here and a very busy venue. We ordered garlic bread which was average, it tasted like margarine rather than butter. My husband ordered the barramundi which was very nice, flaky and tasty and the salad and beer battered chips were tasty too. I ordered the prawn and sand crab ravioli which was not so good. It wasn't cooked properly and some of the ravioli were chewy so I sent it back. They recooked it but it took too long and my husband had already finished his meal by the time my replacement arrived. The replacement still had some undercooked pieces but I didn't want to

We visited for the first time last night and it won't be the last. What a great place. Even though the restaurant was very busy with a booked party, the staff were very accommodating in moving us to a quiet location. Even better than the magnificent service was the food and drinks on offer. What a treat to be pleasantly surprised in every regard. We'll be back again soon. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

Love this place! Last night I had the BEST pork belly with the most amazing crackling ever! Normally crackling can be tough and chewy..this was flakey like you get in the packets of crackling bites ..ate it all 🤣.The accompanying mash and brocollini also done to perfection!
I chose the raspberry sorbet to follow..nice and light! Raspberry sorbet,vanilla ice cream,berry couli and crushed meringues..WOW! I am going to replicate that for my family Xmas Day desert 😉

An Absolutely beautiful place to dine! We went tonight for our wedding anniversary and would 100% recommend this restaurant for a romantic dinner.
Our waitress (especially) along with the rest of the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful night to remember! They were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating with a great knowledge of the menu.
The food was exceptional with great portions, it was also really filling with an even better price point to go with it!
Wait times were non existent and seating was roomy so no one was sitting on top of each other

My husband and l just had dinner at Elysium and the food was amazing, we had prawns and scallops for entree which were superb. My husband had beef ribs and l had crab meat ravioli, the ribs were so tasty and moist and the ravioli was very tasty. From making the booking, to waiter staff and bar staff we couldn't fault the evening. You're all doing a great job l will highly recommend you to others. Linda

Food is good but service is very poor. Allow yourself at least an hour for beverage and food to be ready so if you and your family are so hungry Elysium is not a wise choice. We’re a family of 4 and we were given a small table that is normally for 2 adults. Others got bigger tables or 2 tables put together or small if they’re just 2 ppl but you can tell if you’re a family with children they dont count kids. You must squish them to fit into small arrangement. And even though one of my my kids is big and they both always choose proper adults meal they still won’t consider that in the arrangement
