Services
Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visas, or subclass 186 visas, are permanent residency visas for skilled workers. They are available both to applicants who are already living and working in Australia as temporary residents, and to those living outside Australia. To be eligible for this visa, a skilled individual must be nominated by an Australian employer.
The subclass 494 visa is a provisional residency visa available to skilled workers. It is available both to skilled workers who are already living and working in Australia as temporary residents, and to skilled workers living outside Australia. To be eligible for this visa, a worker must be skilled in an occupation on the Regional Occupation List and be nominated by an employer in a designated regional area.
Standard Business Sponsorship (SBS) is an agreement with the Australian government that allows certain Australian businesses to sponsor overseas citizens to work in highly skilled occupations. This agreement, once approved, is issued for 5 years, and allows the business to nominate the overseas citizen worker for a TSS visa (subclass 482).
The engagement of large scale overseas labour outside the employer sponsored (482) program would require a Labour Agreement. These are individually negotiated between the employer, employer group or industry group and the Commonwealth Government via the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.

TSS Immigration are a disgrace!! Do not use them, avoid them at all cost. I start an application with them in January 2021, and was told i would have enough time to proccess my application for a sponsorship visa by the end of my working holiday visa by 14th of April. My immigration agent who was looking after my case never lodged any of my… documents or send me documents to sign. After weeks of trying to contact my agent with no reply i finally get in contact with someone in tss with two days left on my visa. To be told they have no record of me and the agent who was assign to me left a

TSS Immigration assisted me during my subclass 186 application. They made the process very clear from the beginning and succinctly set out the requirements for documents I had to prepare or find. They were able to advise me on upcoming changes to rules that might have affected my application and were prompt in reviewing and submitting the application itself. The agent who worked on my behalf was very responsive to any questions I had and was helpful in any way they could be.

My experience with TSS group and especially Georgina was amazing.
