Our dealings with Migration Edge, and in particular their consultant Ross Townson, throughout the entire Partnership Visa process has been a study in excellent customer service being delivered via an online service.
Whenever help or clarification was required Ross always responded quickly with helpful advice and guidance to ensure we fulfilled the quite onerous and sometimes complex information gathering and proving elements of the Partnership visa process.

We worked with migration edge to get our subclass 190 permanent residency visa for Australia. I feel as though without their help we would be at a loss as to where to start with the visa process. Ross was always so professional, made everything so simple for us and always responded quickly whenever we had any queries.
If my partner and I hadn't of worked with migration edge, I feel as though we would still be struggling with all the paper work that comes with applying for visas.

The team at Migration Edge helped me when I was in a desperate situation to get a tourist visa for my close friend from Indonesia to attend my wedding in Australia. His initial visa application was rejected and Migration Edge team provided excellent advice on additional documentation and wording for his subsequent application.
