We've dealt with a lot of lawyers in the past couple years. Most of them do the job, with varying degrees of professionalism and courtesy. Almost never am I prompted to write a review, but these folks were fantastic on all points. Our closing had some issues which we navigated through painlessly. The sharks on the other side were rude and ruined what could have been a lovely exchange. Thank heaven we had Top Gun on our side.

I do not recommend.
They wasted my critical time and have not experience of different scenarios.
I was hopeful to have discount for the property I was buying as we agreed with the seller and Top Gun forced us to accept the discount and satisfy the inspection term which was in the contract. but they could not find a way to apply the discount and now they want me to let my money go.
I had to make a rush decision on this as they are not mindful of timing.

Top Gun/Colwell Wright Solicitors did the conveyancing on a property I sold recently. I went back as repeat business because they were so good the first time and I wasn't disappointed!
Rebecca and the team were professional, extremely helpful and patient when the sale almost stalled three times and even though there were many more communications that expected, Top Gun did not charge extra.
I was particularly impressed at how they answered emails fast, clearly and concisely. They even answered some out of normal office hours, going beyond the call of duty to get the sale over the line!

Jess and Grace were fantastic from beginning to end - they made the process so straight forward.
Everything was laid out initially and they checked in with me throughout the process, handling a tricky buyer's requests and keeping my wife and I stress free.
Any questions emails were replied to almost instantly and phone calls answered first time round - it was also great that they had a JP to witness all of our documents.
