Took weeks to respond. Literally gave him a spreadsheet listing all deductions. Draft tax return omitted thousands of dollars of said deductions. Also was only notified that my SMSF tax was ready for signing when I received a reminder for a bill they had not yet sent me!

We have been using Geyer Accountants for the past 6 years and cant recommend them any more highly. They manage our business and personal accounts. Jason, our accountant there, goes over and above to explain things in ways that make sense to me (I am a IT technician so all this financial stuff doesn't always come easy) in a patient and reassuring manor.
