We had these guys out to replace a washer/valve in a basic bathroom mixing tap.He told us we needed to replace the whole tap as they didn't make the valve anymore. He wouldn't show is the tap (or even a picture) either. Then proceeded to tell us the taps wouldn't match so we would have to replace both for 700+ dollars. In the end I just went to Bunnings, the part was easy to find and only cost $16, installed and fixed it myself in 15 min.

Suggest you avoid this company. Contacted them to arrange a quote for a repair for a pipe (see photo). I sent the photos and was told someone would come out to give a quote and the call out free was $65 which would be waived if we went ahead with the job. We were quoted $550 for the job! We didn’t go ahead but paid the $65. When I called later in the day to ask how the quote could be so much I was informed that the quotes are carefully worked out by an accountant and there is basically a schedule of fees. So I feel we could have been told the cost over the phone and saved our money and their
