Principal Osteopath and owner Dr. Robert Amato graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complementary Medicine) and a Masters of Osteopathy. He has a background in remedial/sports massage spanning 10 years and has also completed a bachelor degree in Biomedical Science at Victoria University.
Robert has always had a passion for the Osteopathic field and healthcare from a young age. His primary goal is always to make each and every client achieve high levels of wellbeing and general health. I’ve suffered with sciatic pain and shoulder/neck pain for a long time. I decided to book in with Dr Robert based on all the positive reviews. The first session was so thorough, and he was able to relieve the pain. I appreciate the follow up emails and management plan I received. I’ve been to many practitioners in the past, but can finally say I will continue on at this clinic. Professional & very skilled. Highly recommended.

Rob is a fabulous Osteo. He has helped me recover quickly from shoulder & lower back injuries and I always feel amazing after my treatments. Rob and his team are amazing. I’ve been seeing Rob on and off since 2013 and every time I get an injury he is able to get me back on my feet quickly again. I’ve seen countless osteos, physios and Chiros over the years and non compare to the level of treatment Body & Health Creation provide. My wife also goes here as well and loves it. Since attending this clinic and seeing Rob and the team, I was able to keep my back pain free for a significantly longer time than with previous osteo's I have seen.
Rob is hands down the best I have come across.
And special mention to the incredible team he has working with him. Leo, Tom and Caitlin have all provided me with excellent care.

Highly recommend Body & Health Creation to anyone with osteopathic needs. I had a horrible neck and back pain last year, and it gets much better after seeing Dr. Rob. I can see the immediate result after the appointment. Now I visit Dr. Rob on a monthly basic and I feel refreshed after seeing him. The environment is cute and comfy too.

The first thing you notice about Body & Health Creation is how extremely clean and fresh the rooms are. Appointments are run on time and the staff at the front counter are always so friendly. I had an ongoing problem with a "drop foot" and had tried many other treatments and practitioners - with no luck at all. Then I decided to do a Google Search for recommended practitioners, and luckily found Robert Amato, recommended for my condition.
Rob was great ... he sorted out my problem and treated it successfully, allowing me to get back to my much loved bushwalking in a relatively short period. I still remember those steely fingers working their magic on my leg muscles - painful, but totally worth it!

When I first visited Body & Health Creation, I met Dr Belle Picco and I couldn’t move my neck or most of my back freely. I was in a lot of pain from an old and reoccurring sports injury. Since then I saw her on a 2 week basis and then every month for maintenance. She is a lifesaver and has helped me get my movement back and ensuring my alignment is top notch.
