Valerie has a Cert IV in Personal Training and a Bachelor Degree in Sport and Outdoor Recreation & Education. Valerie has been qualified as a personal trainer for over ten years and has helped countless clients reach their fitness goals during that time.
Valerie is a highly dedicated myotherapist with Phillip Island Massage Therapy. She has worked in the field of massage for over one decade. During that time, she serviced a diverse clientele with a wide range of conditions. Valerie has worked with many of the best myotherapy clinics in metropolitan Melbourne.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable but they can be exchanged with an administration fee of $8. At Phillip Island Massage Therapy, we understand that sometimes things happen and you wont be able to attend your appointment. Unfortunately late cancellations and missed appointments exclude others from receiving treatment, and inconvenience both the therapist and other waiting clients.
The opening hours of Phillip Island Massage Therapy are consistent from Monday to Friday with a variance on the weekend. Our hours are designed to be able to accommodate most busy schedules. We offer a range of specialised remedial massage treatment options, including dry needling, cupping, pregnancy massage and more.
Once you are at the house there is parking available on either side of the road. You can also park in the available street-side parking if you prefer. I cannot recommend Valerie highly enough. Doctors told me i would need surgery to fix the condition in my neck and possibly need to fuse discs together meaning permanent loss of movement. Fortunately i came to see Valerie and with the first few weeks of cupping and needling my symptoms had reduced by more than 50%. After another few weeks of treatment and following Valerie's advice i am back doing things i haven't been able to do for 18 months.
