Three months ago, I emailed Michael Altan requesting a quote as well as more information about his tour company. Michael replied immediately and gave me different tour options. Small Group Tours - Number of passengers on our tours are limited to 18 people. Having said this, we almost always upgrade the Istanbul Old City tour to a private tour, given the importance of sites. We have 12 people limit for Ephesus, Pamukkale and Cappadocia tours. We mainly use custom made Merdeces Sprinter tour buses, we never use public buses or large coaches like other companies do.

Turkey Essentials Tour
I chose TTC based on past reviews and I was not left disappointed. From my initial contact with Michael who organised the Essential Tour for us, adjusting it to suit our extended stay to Makbule from the reservations team who organised the transfers, tours etc. Both of them were very professional and the customer service excellent-emails responded to immediately at any time and any problems we had were resolved. I did a 7 day trip to Turkey covering Istanbul, Gallipoli, Troy, Pegamun, Ephesus & Cappodocia.
Everything went well from the early stages to the more advanced stages of planning, preparation and finally the execution.
The hotels selected were very good from the point of view of comfort & location.
The tours included knowledgeable guides, timely pickup, and was comprehensive in terms of the attractions covered. While I received a detailed itinerary, at every point I was told of the next program, which was very comforting.
The meals included in the package were very good too.

Initially I was hesitant to travel to Turkey due to unfavourable coverage about Turkey in the media and the issues with Syria. My husband was very keen and suggested that we look at an organised tour for safety and hence we made our booking with TTC.
From our first dealings with Michael at TTC, the entire process was highly professional and the customer service exceptional, including immediate responses to email queries and bookings.
Once on the tour, the accommodation used was of a very high standard. All daily pickups were reconfirmed the night previously so we never had any issues with transportation

I have just completed the 9 day Best of Turkey tour with travel centre. Balloon flight over Cappadocia was my favorite. Hotels were wonderful, thank you for the last minute hotel upgrade in Istanbul due to our wedding anniversary. It was unexpected but greatly welcomed. I will certainly travel to Turkey with you in the future.
