The manager Anuhas isn't responsive at all.
Keeping our money for more than two years now, eventhough we are eligible for a refund from Malasian Airlines for the travel tickets we've booked to travel to Sri Lanka.(We found that out after reaching directly to Malasian Airlines) Hiding information from clients which is not nice at all. They never mentioned that we can apply for a refund. (Doesn't matter whether the outcome of the application is positive or negative, the clients' have a right to know the correct information) He's not responding to emails I've sent and that's so frustrating.. I called

Really bad service . These guys gave a date to my mother to fly back from Melb to Colombo . My mum got all organised to go back including vaccination certificates . Out of 6 calls 1 got returned .Now these guys say they not too sure about the flight back . I said her VISA about to expire need a solution . They did not seems to be too fuss about it . They can't even say, they would refund /part refund or when . Very unhelpful . They advertise as best travel agent and this is far from the truth . DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKET WITH THIS PEOPLE !!

I recently reserved my ticket to Sri Lanka from My Flight Zone. All the staff (including Sachini, Chamari and Gothami) were very responsive and professional. They provided me all the details about the travel procedure during this pandemic time, which I would not have handled alone. They are friendly and pay attention to detail.
