Great place if you were looking at buying an escooter/bike. Aldo and Cherie were extremely helpful and transparent with the way they operate their business in terms of costs for services, maintenance and warranty/returns. This was a highly refreshing experience compared to the nightmare endured from another escooter retailer in Sydney. I recommend going into the store for the best customer experience.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Aldo and the team at eOzzie lately and I can say they are by far the most competent Electric bike/scooter people in Melbourne right now.
I had a scooter that was damaged and I had taken to three separate places prior to finding EOzzie. All three took my scooter and gave me some excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t fix it (too hard basket)
The team at EOzzie took time to look at it properly and took on the gruelling task of getting it back on the road for me. I had completely lost hope that it would be running again.
Today I picked it up and it’s

Eozzie are the best. I wish i had bought my scoot from them and next time i will because their after sales service actually exists! Unlike other large companies located in QLD that dont respond. Eozzie looked after me and they are very friendly and care for their customers.
If you're in Melbourne and need to buy or service a scoot.....Eozzie is the only choice in my view.

I was looking for a real bricks and mortar type shop to buy a Vsett10+ here in Melbourne when I discovered E-ozzie Scooters in Sanctuary Lakes shopping centre rather than deal online through unknown interstate or overseas retailers who couldn't offer me service back up, spare parts or advice.
I felt like I'd struck gold when I met Aldo for the first time.
Warm, friendly, knowledgeable without being pushy for a sale.
Delivery was going to be probably 8 weeks away with scooters arriving on the next shipment from China 🇨🇳.
Total honesty and transparency with no fake promises is Aldo's style

I recently have a Motor ( factory) defect on my Dragon GTR Electric scooter. I spoke to Eozzie Bikes and Aldo was very kind in offering me a free brandnew replacement. Although I end up a downgrade to a GTS ( I needed a lighter weight), it was a great customer service i have been given by the team.

I recently brought an Electric scooter from EOzzie Bikes. I dealt with Aldo, i was a bit apprehensive about buying scooters online but no one in WA did the model i wanted. But Aldo was awesome, knowledgeable and ever patient with my additional questions (there were many!)and gave first class service. Delivery was 7-9 days and tracked. We had a couple of problems, where items were not sent from the warehouse. Rectified immediately, and even got me a contact in WA to set up the scooters. I would not hesitate to recommend EOzzie, a 5 star company for service & support.

Took them my scooter to get it diagnosed for $35. Got no diagnosis just a $950 quote to change controllers and throttle. When I asked that it wasn’t the hub motor they said they wouldn’t know until they changed controllers. Well I ended up getting scooter fixed for $85 didn’t need controllers all it was was the power lock wires needed to be looped and $35 throttle. And I’m sure once they did change the controllers and it didn’t work they would have been charging me more for a hub motor
