Travelling an hour to get to a bike shop might seem like a waste of time to the majority of people, but I honestly feel this shop offers the best customer service in all of Melbourne. Most of the time in the SouthEastern suburbs customer service is basic but nothing to write home about. In the family business of Ray, you instantly feel someone cares about your needs and they genuinely smile and chat with you like they care not just because it’s their job and they’re getting paid to do it like so many other bike shops I’ve been to. I bought my first brand new mountain bike there yesterday

I bought my Valk electric bike in on a Saturday afternoon with a pedal crank that was loose. Being a Saturday afternoon, he couldnt look at it until Monday. But when I explained I use the bike every day, he took the bike in immediatley and fixed it on the spot. I was so happy because I had already visited three different bike shops earlier the same day and they were all too busy. I really appreciated that he considered my circumstances and made room for me. I will always come back here for any bike repairs, sales and service.

Great place to buy a bike in any price range.
I have bought my 3 bikes ( 2 mountains and a road bike) in the past 14 or 15 years ago and had always had a very good outcome and experience. From price to accessories and any questions ask, they where willing to answer.

Couldn't be happier with our purchase. We wanted to buy something a little above average but wouldn't break the bank and something that will withstand our future MTB activities. We ended up purchasing 5 Specialized MTB Pitch bikes from them on recommendation from the owner and his son. They were both knowledgeable in their products and the service was great. Price was competitive and they had enough stock. If you're after a Specialized MTB or road bike, this is the place. They also stock other brands as well so check out their stock online.

I bought a new bicycle here and I am very impressed with their professionalism. I have had a rear Di2 derailleur replaced which was damaged in an accident, and more recently the hanger for the same derailleur. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing when they work on my bike. I have found them to be friendly and easy to do business with. I am a returning customer who has never had a complaint against them. I have been known at times for having very strong expectations toward professionalism within organisations and I will continue to be a returning customer to the Braybrook centre
