I contracted Richardson & Wrench Noosa to look after the rental of our property for long term tenancy. Being interstate it was imperative that I could trust an agent to look after one of my investments.

We have rented our unit through Richardson & Wrench for the last 13 years. We have found their staff to be very helpful and conscientious, and have conducted quality due diligence whenever new tenants have been required. As a result we have had very few rental problems and the unit has been kept in very good condition. When required, maintenance issues have been resolved promptly and efficiently. We have no hesitation in recommending them for property managers.
