I can't commend Kristy and her team enough for their skill and outstanding customer service. I've been here on two different occasions: First, I inquired about sensory friendly services for my 5yo atypical son and Kristy did not hesitate to accomodate my son's needs by booking us in before opening time and reduced sensory stimuli to make sure he was comfortable. Kristy was so patient, gentle and caring towards my son and I. She asked all the relevant questions to make sure she was prepared in advance--- I could not be more grateful for her compassion and thoughtfulness!

0 stars!!!! I had long hair below bra staps. Wanted angled bob in long length what I got is nightmare. They chopped off my hair really short no angle, not equal just mess. The assistant started and cut off all… the length, the owner promised to fix it but made it worst. Told me to go home first with uneven hair or wait to get it fixed by her. It took 2.5 hours! I got permanent hair straightening done in less time. No apologies!! She blamed me that she spent 2.5 hours on my hair when I still offered to pay. They don't even offer water for customers sitting there for hours. Worst customer
