I've been going to Penny for around 3 years now for microblading and lash lifts.
She is an amazingly talented beauty therapist, always up to date with the latest products and techniques.
The studio space is also very clean and calm. Can't recommend her service or studio high enough

I’d been contemplating getting my eyebrows tattooed for a while, checking out work from different artists on Insta. I was instantly drawn to Penny’s work; looking for a soft but enhanced look and that was exactly what Penny delivered. I am so happy with the results!
My touch up appointment was a number of months ago and I’ve been meaning to post a review for sometime, but I think by taking some time to do so I can give an honest review even months on.

Penny is an absolute brow wizard. After many negative experiences with other salons, I found my way to Penny a few years ago. I will never trust anyone else ever again! Penny is a master artist of eyebrows ! I was naturally anxious of having my eyebrows tattooed but Penny was simply amazing, she was so calming and caring and a complete perfectionist. She managed to transform my non-existent brows to the perfect symmetrical shape and colour. I am over the moon with the outcome and can’t stop looking at them. I highly recommend Ethereal to anyone looking to tidy up/re-shape/tattoo their eyebrows-Penny is an expert! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and clearly explained the entire tattoo and healing process so that I could take good care of my brows. I had my first appointment last year and immediately knew I was in good hands, and have received so many compliments on my eyebrows ever since! I’ve recently visited Penny again for my tattoo maintenance session and am really happy with how my brows are looking as they heal.

I've been getting my lashes lifted and tinted with Penny for a couple of years now, she is so knowledgeable, so calm and the studio is so beautiful and relaxing. I always leave feeling flawless with my newly lifted lashes but also really restored like I've had a mini retreat.

I was nervous going in for a combination brow, but Penny was so reassuring. She never rushed the process, and we worked on the shape until I was happy. The tattooing itself was nearly painless, and Penny was lovely and accommodating throughout. I am in love with my eyebrows, they're better shaped and more natural than I've ever seen them look.
I also had a lash lift and tint, which is was beautifully done. She's a master at her craft. I'll never go to anyone else!
