Clinical Reformer Exercise is the one exercise that has taken the world by storm in the past few years. The reason why? Simple - it's because whether you are new to exercise or a professional athlete, Reformer sessions will work for you.

Since the sessions were developed over 50 years ago, different groups have added their own moves but essentially it is a form of exercise style that involves training your muscles to improve posture and alignment.By focusing on your core strength, you enhance the smaller muscles in the body so you're better able to support the larger ligaments, tendons and joints.
Improve your deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscle strength (helping to achieve a flatter tummy). During pregnancy, it is important to exercise regularly and most importantly, safely. Our pregnancy Pilates classes will help you to strengthen and maintain your pelvic floor muscle strength, as well as maintain general strength and flexibility.
TPS Health are experts in the management of injury rehabilitation with specific experience in sports injuries, and post operative care for the spine, knee and back. If you have suffered a sports injury, spine injury or knee injury, chances are you're keen to get back to health as quickly as possible.

I booked an appointment with these guys after being recommended by family, for the previous two months I had severe shoulder/back pains due to overwork, this was all relieved after the first session! Many thanks to Damien, I would recommend them.

I've been coming here for 6 or 7 years. Absolutely awesome, I can't find one fault with the pilates or physiotherapy service. And regular visits keep my back problems in check. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Finally started visiting a physio, and could not recommend TPS highly enough. Very relaxed atmosphere, my physio Ben has a fantastic manner and way of explaining the causes of my issues. 5 stars, would herniate a disc again.

The first place I call when I'm feeling miserable with back or neck pain. Tom Hillier the owner is truly a magician. Highly respected man with loads of knowledge and experience. Highly recommended.

Phoned to make an appointment. Rude staff seemed really unenthusiastic. I'll look elsewhere.
