Attempted to book a cab to the airport for my family of 5 but ended up giving up in frustration!
The operator that I spoke to had poor customer skills and is probably in the wrong job!
I sometimes feel that the cab industry has been hard done by due to the introduction of companies such as Uber etc- today’s experience has left me thinking that they have fallen on their own sword!

Disgusting. Absolutely worst company in the world. Wish I could give a worse rating than whatever I've given. I'd hang myself before ever using this service again. Just know you can never plan ahead with these people, either there's not enough taxi or they make it a habit of making you wait for ever for an available taxi. They will not follow up, will do nothing to ease your worries when waiting. This is shambles. I hope this company folds soon enough and save people the stress of doing anything with them

Recently lsoing my license and i got to experience first, How SAVAGE, NO MORALS, ZERO Customer Service Skills this company has and to top it off ? Over charging by $12-18 70% of the times i have booked with them which is quiet high seeing as i "USED" them 12-15 times a week for 8 weeks so far, After doing research i decided to monitor them and have reciepts to prove. But this isnt the reason for my outrage, Its they either dont get trained properly/or just dont get managed after training because WOW LAME! they also have no communication with who you book with or the system they use because they

Taxi drivers take whoever waves them down over bookings. Add a surcharge when paying with card. No wonder Uber is taking over. After tonight I'm installing Uber and using them. The advertisement the taxi guys used is bull. Atleast with Uber, you aren't left getting wet in the rain because your driver has picked someone else up. Rubbish service!!!!

My niece used their service today and got ripped off. The meter showed an amount and when paying, the driver changed it to a different amount a lot higher than what was showing. My niece was a shy teenager and didnt argue with the driver on the spot, but it shows how disgusting they do their business and totally untrustworthy. Shame.

We booked a cab and did not get notification of the cab. When we called the officer again call got picked by a rude unprofessional person who responded that he was not sure when the can will come or how long it will take..he continued to speak in a very rude tone and when I asked him to cancel the booking because he was not able to tell .me.how.long the wait would be.. he did not even apologies and straight away cancelled the booking.. this taxi service is not reliable..
