Horrible company! I booked a taxi a month in advance, to pickup myself and my bridal party from my wedding. Called a week in advance to confirm the booking, was told it was all good and to call again at 9pm on the night to confirm (not sure why that was necessary but we made the call and they confirmed once more). They then never showed, when we called they claimed we cancelled the booking, which we didn’t. They then stopped answering their phones when we tried to call to get them to send the cab we had originally booked. I ended up stranded at the end of my wedding night, not a great way to

God knows why we didn’t look at the website in more details. We booked a cab a week in advance for transport within redhill, like many other 1 star reviews we received a confirmation email. We then emailed a few days before to confirm, no response. We then called on the day. They denied getting the email. We rebooked on the phone. Then text them to confirm they were on their way and had our details. Clearly we needed a cab. They said they came by to our address and we weren’t waiting outside so they left. I won’t go on…. You get the idea. Pretty much ruined our plans. How

Unprofessional, my partner booked for a special lunch. Rang two days prior to confirm and confirmed via email, on the day no cab arrived. When we called we were given the ring around and eventually a cab arrived 35minutes later. We had already left as we were now running late. I can see why people now use Uber etc
