Kerstin is a qualified health practitioner, with a Masters in Human Nutrition and 13 years' experience of working in the health industry. Low-level laser therapy is the use of light frequencies to reduce pain and promote tissue healing. Being a healing laser, also known as 'cold' lasers, it is non burning or cutting. Low-Level laser has an analgesic effect, which reduces the pain signals going to the brain. After a number of treatments, the nerves in the affected area become less irritable and pain is reduced.

Kerstin has been amazing with both of my children who play a lot of sport. Both children presented with severs and with only a couple of treatments each child was pain free. They had instant relief after one session. Kerstin is highly skilled and instantly builds a rapport with your child so they feel relaxed. Thanks so much Kerstin for getting the kids back to the sports which they love so much.

For the past 3 years I have been going to Kerstin for laser treatment of my acne. Results have been amazing but she has helped in so many other ways. I have been lucky enough to be a patient of Kerstin's for approx. 5 years. I have an auto immune disease called scleroderma and with that comes some pretty complex issues, one of them raynaud's (major circulation issues). Having Kerstin treat my fingers and toes makes winter bearable, keeps chilblains at bay and it makes by fingers and toes, instantly warm and fuzzy. The treatment is a miracle, even my rheumatologist agrees, he is amazed by the difference in my circulation. Kerstin also treats my lower back pain, yet again, the results changed my day to day life, I am no longer in constant pain

Kerstin is amazing, she is the 80-20 naturopath, realising that to succeed, we also need to allow ourselves little treats and her nutritional advice reflects this, making it an achievable goal.

There is a difference between a health proffesional who can help you become whole as an individual and a person who writes you a prescription and gives you the illusion that they have helped you. My experience is that Kerstin Lindsay is a proffesional who cares for you yet challenges you, encourages you and has such a balanced approach to the complexity of doing life,yet she is all the while showing you a healthier way to live.
