If I could give a minus I would. Worst customer service I have ever seen.. had to reseal my forks and was told it would be done with in a couple of days just to find out that there was a delay due to staffing issues and had to wait a week, which was upsetting, but I can understand so it didn't bother me to much. When I got quoted for the job they told me $150 and when I picked them up I was told it was $285 because of an incompetent young mechanic there who forgot to add parts to the quote. And into looking into the parts they used. They charged $110 for parts that only cost $57 from any other

Went to have my chain, sprocket and new rear tire fitted to my ninja. The service was excellent as always and had the bike back within an hour, despite being told to leave for the whole day as they were busy that day. Work was faultless and the staff were fantastic as always. A definite must if you need any work done on any motorbike, but book ahead as they can be busy

I've gone through multiple motorbike mechanics to find a good mechanic - as a young female motorbike rider I often have been treated like I'm clueless and have had the run around a fair bit. These guys treated me like anyone else, if I had questions, they were answered and if I was concerned, they sorted it out. From the first contact they were polite and i knew their knowledge was flawless! They found an issue in my bike that none of the other mechanics had found, my bike felt like new!
