A Driver Profile Form is required if you are collecting and/or returning your hire car outside of office hours, require a meet and greet at an airport or train station or require a hotel delivery. FOR AIRPORTS, please include airport name, airline, flight number and arrival time. FOR RAIL STATIONS, please provide rail station, train number, departure city and arrival time.
Rental rates include basic insurance - Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Liability and Theft Protection (TP). In the event that a rental vehicle is stolen or accidently damaged (whether the driver is at fault or not), the Excess is the maximum amount the renter is liable for. The cost varies depending on the supplier, country and vehicle type e.g. in France the excess can range from EUR500-1,800.

I have used Auto Europe on numerous occasions over several years now and I have never had an issue. I compare their quoted rates and they are always very competitive. Whenever I've had to make an enquiry, change, cancel, or had an issue with the vehicle supplier, Auto Europe customer service has been excellent: prompt response times, courteous, helpful and resolved to my complete satisfaction.

I ordered via Auto Europe an automatic car and it was not made available, instead we were given a manual. I organised to come back the next day and pick up an automatic car. We were told to go away and call a number. We tried closing the number for over 5 hours and it was only at 9pm that we got through to a gentleman called Vincenzo, who was not happy and told us off for calling so late. He told us to drive to Lamezia which was a 60km drive one way for us, and we were told they knew nothing about this and that no car was available for us. Low prices, worked perfectly with no issues at all.
Booked with Hertz in Oslo, Norway, picked up our (upgraded) Volvo V40 with absolutely no problems, even though I was super worried there would be catches or extra prices. Didn't worry about buying extra insurance from the place because our travel insurance would cover anything extra.
Would recommend. :)

Poor follow up regarding a car hire vendor (Avis) who didn't honour the Auto Europe voucher when picking up our car in the UK and charged my credit card for half of the car rental. Auto Europe advised that it takes up to 20 days for Avis to reply to Auto Europes emails?? Over a month since I notified Auto Europe of the problem and still no refund organised. I had to get the bank to put a dispute to get my money back.
Auto Europe were no help. You are better off booking with the rental car agency than using a broker such as Auto Europe, it will save you less hassles.

I am not recomend this company. We book the car through their website.
After couple of days they ask to send copy of my passport and credit card.
They ask 3 more times to send passport copy. Every time uder email was new operator of company. Day before renting car they simply make cancellation of our booking without any explanation. Because of unprofessional service of this company, we lost time and money.

Don't use this company. They do not tell you all the costs you end up having to pay when you collect your vehicle. We knew we had to pay a one way fee and were happy to do that, but were charged an extra AUS$112 location fee, plus a contract fee plus taxes! All this was not told to us until we went to collect the car at Enterprise. Despite complaints Auto Europe say that this is correct. Definitely steer clear of Auto Europe - we will not use them again if they can't be transparent about the costs.

By far one of the worst rental companies i have dealt with. Their partner in the US charged me for a toll infringement that i did not even commit. When asked AutoEurope to at-least provide documentation AutoEurope took 2 weeks to come back to me to say that the US partner has no information. I have in the meanwhile tried to talk to the Advantage EZ car rental (US partner) to provide my refund back and people their either do not answer the phone or promise that if i call back tomorrow the matter will be resolved.

Used Auto Europe to hire a car from Europcar. Even though we prepaid to get special price, on confirmation the balance was zero, we got to Europcar and theycharged me an extra 30% when I picked up car. They called is a Premium Location Surcharge and said all the car rental companies at Sydney airport charge this fee.
We have been hiring a car every week for the last 8 weeks due to travelling. This is the first we have been charged - henced the complaint

I used Auto Europe in 2009 and again 2017. No problems with them (the booking agency) whatsoever. In fact they helped me get a refund from the car rental company (Europcar) who tried to rip me of twice! In 2009 they altered my documentation days after I returned the car to claim a full tank of petrol but I could prove it was false and in 2017 tried to say I dropped our car off 1 hour after I actually did and charged an extra day.
Both times Europcar (the car rental company) tried to give me a car in a lower class than what I had paid for but I just refused and demanded same class or better.
