STAY AWAY!!
Based on reviews, I chose this agency for a pre-christmas trip. We chose an SUV, pre-paid for it and picked it up from their garage in Alexandria. The car was badly banged up (seemed to have been in a mid-level accident) as it was badly scratched, on the front and sides, the front fender just patched together. Given that we already committed to our travel, we did not have much choice, we took the car.
It was absolutely filthy inside with sticky surfaces, spilt drinks in the drink holder etc. The car's seat belt mechanism cover was missing which ended up ripping our clothes. The transmission

Well last time I used these guys they were cheap and honest with great rates but upon leasing another vehicle the deposit doubled on the same car and as I returned the car with in 6hrs they charged me ridiculous charges and was charged for minum km over I will never use these guys again and staff started tell me how broke and hard the company was doing this is why I think they abused my trust do not hire from this company scamed and disappointed

I recently hired a car from Low Cost Rentals, whilst in Sydney for family funeral. One of the gentlemen picked us up from Sydney airport, and took us back to the office to sign the paperwork. The car we had was a KIA RIO. A lovely car, very clean, comfortable, and it had enough space for my walking frame.
The men who run the business were extremely helpful & friendly.
I will definitely use them again if I need to go to Sydney.

Just had a beautiful car from low cost rentals and we were very happy with it. The guys at front desk are very kind, flexible and helping. Lave, when we took the car back was very professional. There was no issues and it was very quick. We will recommend to all our friends around Redfern.
