Absolutely shocking customer service. This business is definitely one to steer clear of. In a time when every other business is doing their very best to accommodate customers and ensure good service by offering returns and refunds (which by law they have to), this company refuses to. I bought two pairs of shoes online after I was assured by one of their team that they would fit a wider foot. I even asked about specific styles and they assured me I would be fine. I received them and they didn't fit, so after emailing back and forth, i was told that the best they could offer me was a credit. Why

The only shop/brand that sells size 4 i was in heaven! I bought three pairs of shoes on my first visit then second visit 4 pairs of shoes with in 2 weeks! I wore my heels that i bought on first visit and they became faulty after one wear, they had to be sent into head office to be looked at for quality purpose/ control. They said that it wasnt faulty from the make.. they said someone must have stepped on my shoe.. the fault is under the ball of my front foot and the edge of the front part and faulty on both shoes, i think i would know if someone crushed my foot! Horrible customer service.. Shoes are beautiful and very comfy but the woman in their shop in Chadstone shopping centre was so incredibly rude, unhelpful and hostile, after I asked her a few questions and asked for an answer she basically called for security and asked us to "never come back" there.
I left in disbelief, never seen something like this in Australia.
It wasn't about shoes, it was about the shocking fact that she treated us really bad, didn't care at all, yelled and called in security.
Im following this up with consumers affairs. No one should be treated like that.

Charley Boutique has a really lovely range of shoes ranging from casual to fancy with a lovely array of colours. I feel very welcomed when I walk in here and it feels like a community place where you will be remembered and taken care of. I love that I can find good quality shoes that aren't made from leather but still have strong durability, comfort and style.
