The 2 women working there today are in serious need of basic Customer Service training. Rude, abrupt and a can’t do attitude. If you don’t want to provide basic customer service then move on and allow for someone that does. Visiting the store for the first time was an awful and disturbing experience.

Let’s talk about having plain customer decency. I purchased a pair of Birks as a gift for my partner. Due to covid and a variety of personal issues he wasn’t able to wear them and or physically exchange them.… We came back to the store to do an exchange. Instead of friendly service, we were hit with “ we have been open for 3 months”, “we don’t have your size”, “we are doing you a favor, we don’t have to help you out at all” Obviously this staff was having a bad day or rather we were targets of being type cast as someone looking

Finally, great customer service to match a great product! I bought a pair of black EVA Birkenstock’s recently as friends had recommended these. Best buy ever - so comfortable, light and durable. Made an inquiry online prior to purchasing and received an informative response instantly. My experience was friendly and communicative and this was followed by prompt delivery. My podiatrist told me to have a look at this store to get some comfortable sandles. I was pleasantly suprised at their wide variety of shoes and sandals they have in stock. Sandy was very patient, didn't rush me, gave me alot of advice, knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended this store to all my friends who want comfortable shoes. Definitely going back for winter boots.
