Dishonest and unprofessional, never provide your credit card details to them. I called them and explained my situation and even I provided brand and the model of my fridge. They never told me they do only commercial fridges.
Technician showed up told me he can do nothing!
another day they sent me an invoice for $230 and since they already had my credit card number I had to pay.
They knew there nothing that they can do for us but still preferred to think about themselves only in this hard days!
avoid them if you do not want to pay for
